At Legacy Promise Wreaths & Gifts, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please review the policy below.

Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition
  • Be returned in the original packaging when possible
  • Include proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with the order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Made-to-order items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Digital products or downloadable content

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly. If you need an exchange, please contact us for assistance.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production or fulfillment has not already begun.

Custom and personalized orders may not be canceled once production has started.
