Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom or personalized items may require additional production time. Processing times do not include shipping transit times.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, destination, and shipping method selected.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, carrier issues, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Legacy Promise Wreaths & Gifts is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for returned packages that need to be reshipped.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item and packaging. If a package appears lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist with a carrier claim when applicable.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for select products. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
